Light weight water based coating for advanced damping of structure exposed to vibration. Easily applied to both coach underframe and sidewalls in interior, it exhibits low combustibility and compliance to latest fire regulations.

2. Thermal Insulation-

Aluminium foil backed, closed cell polyolefin insulation foam with stable thermal performance, excellent water vapour transmission properties and long technical life. Easily installed with less accessories and manpower compared to traditional system.

3. Anti Drumming Coating-

Water based, non-toxic, flame retardant and low VOC, we offer a high performance, chip and abrasion resistant premium under body coating that has versatile damping and vibration control properties.

4. HVAC Insulation-

Flame retardant, light weighted foam constructed using melamine insolation base used for cladding air conditioning ducts, thereby maximizing output efficiency of the system. Being low-weighted, it contributes to the energy efficiency of the rail utility vehicles.
